Effluo Goal Planning Framework is built on the study of the universal principles of human nature.  The study of human nature was based on historical figures that changed the world. Specifically focusing on what made these people succeed in achieving their goals and making an impact on this world. 

The people studied for the framework development were great teachers, philosophers, statesmen, authors, artists, orators, and reformers.  They all had one thing in common, they left a mark on history and humankind.  While many of their contemporaries were forgotten, their greatness withstood the test of time.
